≥ 30 days before the date: free cancellation (100% refund) or free reschedule. ≤ 30 days: one free reschedule. If you cancel or don’t show up and don’t use that reschedule — the fee is forfeited. If we cancel: we’ll offer a new date or a refund. Scope: In-person trainings currently run in Poland only. For other countries, contact us — we can try to arrange a local workshop with a vetted barber in your market. Legal basis (Poland): for dated events, no right of withdrawal under Art. 38 of the Consumer Rights Act.

Yes — unlimited duration. The license is non-exclusive and for personal use.

Applies to in-person trainings in Poland only (KFS, BUR/PARP, local Employment Office programs). Outside Poland: ask us directly — we’ll advise whether similar funding exists in your country and what we can help with.

EU consumers: 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. If you consent to immediate access to digital content before 14 days, the right to withdraw does not apply (we confirm this on a durable medium). Outside the EU (incl. US): our store mirrors the 14-day window as a policy unless you consent to immediate access to the digital course, which waives cancellation.

In-person trainings (Poland): a certificate is issued upon completion (digital PDF; printed version on request). Online courses: a certificate is issued after you complete all lessons and modules - PDF file with your details and completion details will be available for download seconds after the course completion.

EU: yes — VAT invoices (provide company details and VAT ID if applicable; reverse charge may apply for B2B cross-border). US & other non-VAT countries: we issue a standard invoice/receipt; sales tax or local taxes may apply per local rules.

A current browser, stable internet, and a device with audio/video are enough. Downloading, screen-recording, and sharing materials is prohibited (we use watermarking and device limits). Courses may contain images, files and videos available for download and those will be marked as available for download.

Purchase on the website and pay online. Poland: Przelewy24 (BLIK, cards, fast bank transfers). International: Stripe (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.). Access is granted immediately after payment is captured (unless a pre-sale states otherwise).
